Tasting Notes

• Nose: fruit compote, vanilla and toasted oak.

• Taste: rich malt, cocoa, parkin and butterscotch.

• Finish: long and complex with vanilla and cinnamon.

Whisky. Floor-malted heritage grains are hand-mashed, long fermented, copper pot distilled, matured and bottled in our distillery. This creates an authentic whisky, influenced by the people and landscapes from our journey – for you to enjoy on yours.
