Many Hands, Yorkshire Blended Malt Whisky

Many Hands, Yorkshire Blended Malt Whisky
Collaborative Release / Summer 2026 / 70cl / 48% abv / non-chill filtered / natural colour / 1922 bottles.
Cooper King Distillery x Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery. ‘Many Hands’ is our first collaborative release, the first Yorkshire blended malt whisky, and the first whisky created through an open collaboration between two English distilleries. This is a limited edition release - each bottle has been hand-filled and individually numbered.
Many hands make light work. When the Cooper King pot still broke down in 2021, we turned to our Yorkshire neighbours across the Wolds for a helping hand. Heads were scratched, sleeves rolled up, a plan hatched. Together, we got the job done: a warm-hearted whisky best enjoyed with good company.
Distiller’s Comments. “What a pleasure it was to marry another distillery’s whisky into our own. Spirit of Yorkshire’s spirit brings wonderful honeyed, herbal notes, which pair delightfully with Cooper King’s layers of fruit and toasted nut. Collaborating so openly with our neighbours to create a first for the county (and the country) was a real joy, and I’m delighted to see it pass from my hands to yours.” - Abbie Jaume, Head Distiller

Yorkshire Blended Malt Whisky. Malt spirit from Cooper King Distillery and Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery was filled separately into sibling casks and matured under one roof. The casks were carefully blended and bottled to create a whisky greater than the sum of its parts.
