Welcome to the Cask Series of whiskies; a collection of unique expressions, each celebrating the marriage of our distinctive spirit with specially selected, individual casks.

For this expression, we selected a small, first-fill Cognac cask in which to age our spirit for full-term maturation. The entire cask has been disgorged and bottled at cask strength, without chill-filtration or colouring. Each of the 143 bottles has been hand-filled and individually numbered.

This is the first, publicly available, single cask whisky to be launched from the distillery.

Tasting Notes

• Nose: candied orange, lemon shortbread, fresh linen and chamomile.

• Taste: toasted almonds, malt, vanilla and sponge cake.

• Finish: medium-long, with chamomile and toasted oak.

Whisky. Floor-malted heritage grains are hand-mashed, long fermented, copper pot distilled, matured and bottled in our distillery. This creates an authentic whisky, influenced by the people and landscapes from our journey – for you to enjoy on yours.
