A special edition whisky produced in collaboration with The Plough, Fadmoor - a community pub in rural Yorkshire being brought back to life by local residents. Featured on Channel 4’s Our Yorkshire Pub Rescue with Jon Richardson.
For every bottle sold, we’ll donate £10 to The Plough to help fund its renovation and bring it back to life.
Tasting notes: maple syrup, rum & raisin ice cream and sticky prunes on the nose, with muscovado, marmalade, liquorice root and affogato on the palate. It finishes with luxurious notes of coffee crema, chocolate cherries and tobacco.
Perfect serve: enjoy neat, or with a dash of water. For a longer drink, try a Whisky Highball: in a glass filled with ice, mix one part whisky to three parts soda water, Indian tonic water or ginger ale. Garnish with an orange slice.
Floor-malted heritage grains are hand-mashed, long fermented, copper pot distilled, matured and bottled at the distillery.
