Join distillery founders Abbie & Chris for a rare chance to taste a selection of money-can’t-buy bottles from the other side of the world – poured for you by the people who know them best.

• You’ll taste whisky with Dean Jackson, a pioneer of Tasmanian distilling and one of the distillers that taught Abbie & Chris. He’ll be pouring and talking through his favourite Tasmanian whisky - not something you’ll come across again in a hurry.

• You’ll also be guided by Rye Sweeney, an Australian whisky expert, who’s bringing some unique whisky from their own private collection - and the stories that make it worth drinking.

Add in an unbelievably rare Tasmanian bottle that Abbie & Chris brought back with them in 2016, and a Cooper King whisky pairing to round things off, and you have quite the line-up.

We know how to do a whisky tasting here, so there's also a welcome cocktail and food included. Spaces are extremely limited - only 20 tickets available.
