1. THESE TERMS
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase, download and use of digital products sold through this website, including The English Whisky Map and any related versions, updates or downloadable files (together, the Product), and will form the basis of the contract (“Contract”) between us and you (“you”).
1.2. By purchasing, downloading, accessing or using the Product, you agree to these Terms.
2. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
2.1 The Product is a digital map and related artwork showing whisky distilleries and associated information in England.
3. OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
3.1 All copyright, trade marks, database rights, design rights and other intellectual property rights in the Product remain owned by us or our licensors.
4. PERSONAL USE LICENCE FOR CUSTOMERS
4.1 When you purchase the Product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Product for your own personal use.
5. PERMITTED THIRD-PARTY USE (ATTRIBUTION LICENCE)
5.1 We grant a non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide licence allowing third parties to reproduce and display the Product for editorial, informational, reference or promotional purposes, including on websites, blogs, newsletters, articles, social media channels and presentations, subject to these conditions:

5.1.b Where online, a clickable link to our website should be included where reasonably possible.
5.1.c The Product must not be sold, relicensed, sublicensed or offered as a downloadable product by any third party.
5.1.d The Product must not be materially altered, cropped to remove attribution, or edited in a misleading way without our prior written consent.
5.1.e Use of the Product must not suggest partnership, sponsorship, endorsement or approval by us unless expressly agreed in writing.
5.1.f The Product must not be used in any unlawful, defamatory, offensive or misleading context.
6. COMMERCIAL USES REQUIRING PERMISSION
6.1 Use in paid advertising campaigns, product packaging, merchandise, commercially sold books or magazines, large print runs, exclusive sponsorship arrangements, white-labelled versions, or inclusion in another product for sale requires prior written permission.
7. PRICING AND PAYMENT
7.1 All prices shown on this website are in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
8. DELIVERY OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS
8.1 Paid Products are usually supplied 1-2 working days after purchase by download link or email.
9. CANCELLATION RIGHTS AND REFUNDS
9.1 Where digital content is supplied immediately after purchase, statutory cancellation rights may end once download or access begins, subject to applicable UK law.
10. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
10.1 We aim to keep all map information accurate and current, but details may change over time. The map is for illustrative purposes only and not intended for navigation.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
11.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful.
12. SUSPENSION OR WITHDRAWAL OF LICENCE
12.1 We may withdraw or terminate any licence granted under these Terms where they are breached or the Product is misused.
13. PRIVACY
13.1 We will use the personal information you provide to us: to supply the goods to you; to process your payment; and if you agreed to this during the order process, to give you information about similar products that we provide, but you may stop receiving this at any time by contacting us.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
14.1 We may update these Terms from time to time.
15. GOVERNING LAW
15.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
